Terms of Service
The agreement between you and SanghaSpace, in plain words. Short enough to actually read.
The agreement
By creating an account you accept these terms and the Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 to join, and at least 18 to run a sangha that charges for membership.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself — what happens under your account is your responsibility. If you lose access, the reset page will get you back in. SanghaSpace is for people 13 and older; paid memberships and teaching require 18.
Payments and refunds
Paid memberships bill monthly through our payment partners, and one-time purchases — courses, session seats, tickets — travel the same way; your card details never touch SanghaSpace. Cancel anytime — access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Payments go to the teacher, minus the platform commission, so refund requests start with your teacher. Teachers answer for their own taxes, and an account that draws repeated payment disputes may be suspended.
Teachers
Teachers own the lessons, audio, and gatherings they create, and are responsible for having the rights to what they upload and for delivering what their paid sangha promises. By publishing, a teacher lets SanghaSpace host and show that work to their community. Each sangha is its teacher's own work: SanghaSpace hosts it but does not verify or endorse it, and promises no one an income. Payments for access to a sangha and what lives inside it flow through the platform — that's what keeps the doors, the billing, and the promises working on their own.
Copyright
We respect the people who make things. If you believe your work appears on SanghaSpace without permission, write to raycodefour@gmail.com with the details and where you found it — infringing content comes down, and accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.
Your words
What you write is yours. Posting gives SanghaSpace permission to show it to the audience you chose — nothing more. Anything with an audience must follow the Community Guidelines.
Camera rooms and recordings
A teacher may record their own gathering, saved directly to their own device — SanghaSpace never stores the video. Entering a live room means the teacher may be keeping a recording, and teachers are asked to tell their circle when they do.
Outside links
Teachers may link to goods, tickets, or pages that live outside SanghaSpace. What happens out there — orders, payments, deliveries — belongs to that outside place; we do not process, verify, or answer for it.
Not medical advice
The practices, meditations, astrology, and numerology here are for reflection and personal growth. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they do not replace professional care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services — in the United States and Puerto Rico, you can call or text 988.
Moderation and goodbyes
Content that breaks the guidelines can be hidden or removed, and repeated harm can close an account. Teachers keep their own sanghas. You can leave — and delete everything — from your account page, any time.
Protecting the platform
If a legal claim is brought against SanghaSpace because of something you posted, taught, sold, or did here, you agree to cover the costs and damages that claim brings us. Share what is yours and keep your promises, and this clause never wakes up.
The honest limits
SanghaSpace is provided as-is; we work to keep it up but cannot promise it never blinks. Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid the platform in the twelve months before a claim.
Law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, and any disagreement we cannot resolve together belongs in Puerto Rico's courts. Each of us brings claims individually — not as part of a class or group action.
Changes
These terms may evolve as SanghaSpace grows. Meaningful changes will be announced in the app; staying after a change means you accept the new terms.
